PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARBARU – Polres Banjarbaru berhasil menggagalkan peredaran Narkotika di wilayah hukumnya.
Dalam konferensi pers bersama awak media, Kapolres Banjarbaru AKBP Dody Harza Kusuma mengungkapkan, pada Jumat (8/11/2024).
Jajaran Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) berhasil meringkus seorang pelaku DIS dan mengamankan barang bukti (barbuk) seberat 9,6 kilogram sabu di dua Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP) berbeda
“TKP pertama, di Jalan Simpati Ujung, Kelurahan Syamsudin Noor, Landasan Ulin dengan menyita 5,2 kilogram sabu.
Sementara TKP kedua berada di kontrakannya, di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Barat, didapati barbuk 4,4 kilogram sabu,” beber AKBP Dody.
Selain barbuk berupa sabu, lanjut AKBP Dody, pihaknya juga menyita barbuk lainnya seperti 31 butir ekstasi kuning, 41 ekstasi biru dan 4.570 obat Happy Five.
“Ribuan butir obat Happy Five yang diamankan ini, jika dirupiahkan senilai Rp.651 juta lebih. Artinya kita berhasil menyelamatkan sebanyak 4.570 jiwa,” sebutnya.
Berdasarkan pengakuan pelaku DIS, ia menjalankan bisnis barang haram ini baru pertama kali.
“Pelaku berstatus pengedar dan jaringan antar provinsi,” ujarnya.
Atas perbuatannya itu, pelaku pun dijerat Pasal 114 ayat (2) Subsider Pasal 112 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Narkotika.
“Ancaman hukuman minimal 5 tahun penjara dan maksimal 20 tahun,” tutupnya.
