PUBLIKAINDONESIA , BANJARBARU-– Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) Kota Banjarbaru berkolaborasi dengan Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru dalam program Pimpinan Berzakat sebagai wujud kepedulian terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Acara yang berlangsung di Aula Gawi Sabarataan pada Kamis (20/3/2025) ini juga menjadi ajang penyerahan bantuan kepada 1.500 mustahik di berbagai wilayah Banjarbaru.
Ketua Baznas Kota Banjarbaru, Hj. Hafidah, menegaskan bahwa program ini rutin dilakukan setiap tahun untuk mengajak para pejabat daerah menjadi teladan dalam menunaikan zakat melalui Baznas.
“Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan contoh kepada masyarakat bahwa para pejabat telah menunaikan zakat. Hari ini, kami menyerahkan bantuan berupa dana sebesar Rp150.000 per orang kepada para penerima manfaat yang berasal dari keluarga prasejahtera,” ujar Hj. Hafidah.
Bantuan secara simbolis diserahkan oleh Wakil Wali Kota Banjarbaru, Wartono, yang juga menjadi pejabat pertama yang menunaikan zakat melalui Baznas dalam program ini.
Program Pimpinan Berzakat diharapkan dapat menginspirasi lebih banyak masyarakat untuk aktif menunaikan zakat dan berbagi dengan sesama. Dengan semakin banyaknya pihak yang berkontribusi, pemerataan kesejahteraan di Kota Banjarbaru dapat terwujud lebih optimal.(FA)
